1 Year Limited Warranty Details

All products are warranted to be free from defect of material and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration and/or improper use/installation will void the warranty. Standard warranty period is one year from date of sale. The warranty is limited at their option and opinion for replacement, repair, or credit. The decision by PTP shall be final. Absolutely no claim will be warrantied for any labor and/or installation cost related to such merchandise and/or claim. The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect cost and/or labor arising from the use and/or installation. If there is no warranty registration card on file, all warranty claims must be accompanied with the original receipt or invoice.
