Aluminum Elbows: 90 Degree Elbow Mandrel Bend, Polished Aluminum

Vibrant Performance's 6061 Polished Aluminum 16 gauge (.065 wall) 90 Degree Mandrel Bends have a mirror like finish, which will give your vehicle the show quality look it deserves. This lightweight 90 degree polished aluminum mandrel bend will work great for custom cold air intakes and turbo intercooler plumbing. Vibrant also offers an assortment of other polished aluminum bend styles to ensure your custom intercooler piping can be as smooth flowing as possible.

Due to the compounds used to polish the surface of this 6061 aluminum tube, this product is not recommended for welded applications unless you have a complete understanding of proper surface preparation techniques that should be taken prior to welding.
