All Vibrant Header assemblies share the following features:

• 100% 304 Stainless Steel Construction (including the flanges).
• Equal length CNC Mandrel Bent primaries for smooth, unrestricted exhaust flow and improved performance throughout the power band.
• All connections are TIG welded for optimum durability.
• De-burred and ported inlets and outlets.

Vibrant's J-Spec 4-2-1 (1 pc.) Race Header is intended to optimize power output from highly modified Honda B-Series Motors. Bolts up and clears the oil pan on all B-Series engines (B16 / B18 / B20). This lightweight header has been designed to produce superior low and mid-range power while still producing excellent power through VTEC. The 4-into-2 transition takes place much further downstream than with a standard 4-2-1 header, ensuring that power is not sacrificed at the upper end of the RPM range. Also features 45mm OD CNC mandrel bent primatires that merge into a 2" OD Y-p;ipe and finally exiting into a 2-1/2" outlet.

This race header provides outstanding ground clearance, making it ideal for cars lowered more than 1.5" and for certain engine swap configurations (i.e. B16A swaps into 88-91 Civic/CRX should always choose this header for best ground clearance).
