Vibrant's External Wastegate Flanges (for Tial, Turbonetics Deltagate and Turbosmart 35-38mm wastegates) are available with tapped holes for wastegate inlet use and drilled (untapped) holes for dump tubes. They are also 3/8" thick to prevent against warping due to high heat.
