Had a nice tune this morning, and god I love the K series motors, and K-Pro software. This was a 02 civic Si with a K20a2 swap. Bolt ons were pretty simple, Injen cold air intake, RBC intake manifold, DC Sport race header, Maxbore throttle body and tuning was performed via K-Pro. I am pretty sure a K26 bottom end with a K20a head is in my near future. I just have to figure out what I want to stick it in.
We have a new tech at the shop and his name is Dan. Dan is lucky enough to own a bone stock 06 STi. Please note there are no modifications to this car execpt my tune with Open Soure tools. *EDIT: Dan just informed me his car is not stock, he has a Pine tree air freshener*. Boost is at 16psi.
This Forester is equipped with a set of Mad Dad headers and up pipe, de catted bell mouth downpipe, stock center section and a axle back muffler. Everything else is stock, boost was set to 15psi. Run 1 is the OTS Cobb base map, run 13 is our ProTuned map.
This very nice Cobra came in for some baseline testing the other day. It is equipped with a 2.75 blower pully, upgraded heat exchanger, 90mm throttle body, Tunable induction intake, off road X pipe with no cats, SLP loud mouth exhaust, and a hand-held Diablo Sport Predator tune. The tune seamed a little agressive up top, as it looks like the ECU was pulling some timing.
