6" OD 304/304L Stainless Steel Tubing, Welded, 12 Gauge (.109) - 4' Length

4' length of 6" OD Stainless Steel Welded Tubing with a 12 Gauge (0.109") wall that is dual certified 304/304L and A249/A269. This product has been laser welded using a high-energy and high-density beam for a precise, narrow, and deep penetrating weld for excellent corrosion resistance. Our 304L stainless tubing is well suited for automotive exhaust, general service, cannery and winery service. Features a mill finished inner diameter (ID) and annealed & pickled outside diameter (OD).

This tubing undergoes a rigorous quality inspection, including destructive and non-destructive examination, at the mill prior to shipment. This 9 point quality inspection examines:

• Strength - Tensile, Burst
• Hardness - Rockwell, Micro
• Soundness - Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, X-Ray
• Leak & Strength - Hydrostatic
• Leak - Air Under Water, Pressure Decay
• Bend Testing - Reverse Bending, Flattening, Reverse Flattening, Flange
• Dimensional - OD, Wall, Straightness
• Metallurgical - Grain Size, Sensitization, Corrosion, Phase Balance/Intermetallic, Metallographic
