Shipping & Returns

We make every effort to ship your order on the same or next day and will gladly ship worldwide. Expedited shipments are available for Verocious Motorsports customers residing in the Continental United States. If you need Saturday delivery please call 877.VMS.1320 to speak with one of our sales representatives to make arrangements. Depending on location and package weight your shipping options will include services from UPS, USPS and DHL.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the combined weight and the dimensions of your order.

Our carriers have established specific weight and size limits for individual packages. The restrictions below only pertain to individual packages, there are no limits to the total weight or the total number of packages in your shipment.

Due to our own packaging and carrier constraints, the longest package Verocious Motorsports will ship via UPS and USPS is 96 inches. For DHL we can only ship up to 36 inch packages without making special arrangements. Please call or email for a shipping quote if you need to ship a length of tube or pipe longer than 3' via DHL.

Oversize packages and packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. Tubing shipments may fall into one of UPS’ oversize categories.

If you would like to place an order that exceeds the above restrictions, we will gladly ship your order via a common carrier. Please call 877.VMS.1320 to speak with one of our sales representatives to make arrangements.

We are happy to serve customers from all over the world. Please note that customs forms will be filled out as "merchandise" using your actual sale price as the value. We're not a great fan of customs taxes, but unfortunately it's illegal to try to avoid them. We hope you'll understand. Please contact your local post office or customs office to estimate potential customs charges to import our items from the USA. UPS Standard to Canada will be assessed a flat $10 brokerage fee on orders valued up to $200 in addition to any other duties and taxes that may be owed. (Note: The brokerage fee gradually increases on orders valued greater than $200).

Due to credit card verification issues with international addresses we require all order shippings overseas to be paid via paypal or wire transfer. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note when checking shipping rates in the shopping cart in order to obtain US Postal service rates for US Territories and Outlying Islands you must choose United States as your country. In order to obtain UPS shipping rates you must choose your specific US Territory or Island as the country. Please inspect all package contents upon receipt and report any discrepancies immediately. No claims will be accepted after more than 48 hours of delivery.

If an item is missing - Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes or from multiple locations at our discretion. You will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments. Please locate your packing slip underneath of the shipping label attached to your package to see which items should be in a particular shipment. If your order didn’t arrive - All shipments from Verocious Motorsports can be tracked. For orders placed online please see the item shipped email to find your tracking number. For orders placed via phone, tracking information will be found in PDF attachment of the invoice email you will receive. Please allow up to ten business days for orders shipped through the United States Postal Service or through a Freight Carrier to arrive.

If an item is damaged or defective - Your satisfaction is Verocious Motorsports’ number one priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us following our return guidelines found below.

Verocious Motorsports is committed to selling only the highest quality products and providing outstanding customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return for exchange, merchandise credit, or refund. Please ensure the item you are returning is in the same original condition that you received it in, save all original tags, packaging, and paperwork in preparation for return.

Please contact us at sales@verociousmotorsports.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization. Please include your First and Last name as well as your order number in your email.

All sales are final on any items marked clearance, closeout, or discontinued.
