All G-Sport products are covered by a LIMITED warranty. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by a GESI representative. Warranty Claims can be handled in one of two ways:
Option 1:
A GESI representative physically inspects all items being claimed for warranty at customer’s facility. After inspection, a Return Authorization will be issued to cover all items that have been determined to be defective and are still within the warranty period. A credit note will be issued to offset the value of the returned products.
Option 2:
A Warranty Claim is faxed in and a Return Authorization is issued. Upon receipt of these goods, a GESI representative will physically inspect all the returned items to determine if they are indeed defective and still within the warranty period. All products deemed to not be warrantable would be returned to the customer. A credit note will be issued to offset the value of the returned products that are deemed to be legitimately warrantable.
All items being claimed for warranty credit are to be returned, freight collect, to GESI within thirty (30) days of receiving the Return Authorization. Please be sure to clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the shipment.
Credit Notes for warranty items will be issued within ten (10) days of having received the shipment from the customer.
