The Aeromotive 13701 Fuel Pressure Regualtor Service Kit includes two replacement springs for the Aeromotive Universal Bypass Regulator (P/N's 13301 / 13351). A standard spring that gives you base pressure adjustability from 3 to 20 psi with standard spring, and a high pressure spring that gives you base pressure adjustability 20 to 60 psi.
