Verocious Motorsports Aluminum V-Band Flanges utilize an interlocking "Male/Female" flange design for easy alignment and to aid in sealing. Male flanges will include a sealing o-ring. Use these flanges to mate up to existing Verocious flanges you may have in use. Results may vary when trying to use with other manufacturers flanges, see the chart below for flange dimensions. These CNC machined v-band flanges are a beefy 3/4" thick, helping to prevent warping during initial fabrication and from the heat cycling during use. We also recommended clamping the flanges together during the welding process so the whole assembly acts as a heat sink to help prevent warping. Wait until the material has cooled before disconnecting the clamp. Flanges are all counterbored for the tube to make fabrication as simple as possible.
