Vibrant Performance VanJen HD 2.0 Pinless Clamp Assemblies are the next step in the evolution of Vibrant's VanJen Clamping System. This popular suite of modular, flexible connectors is ideal for intake charge piping and provides leak free performance under boost up to 800 PSI! Assemblies include an HD 2.0 clamp, 2 aluminum weld ferrules and 2 o-rings.

The Pinless HD 2.0 Clamp features an integrated clasp mechanism with a safety lock push-button, replacing the old quick release pin. This new clasp mechanism is very easy to use and delivers a significantly more secure connection, while the safety lock, which is always set in the locked position, provides an extra level of security to ensure the clamp never pops open unintentionally. Not only do you get a more robust connection but you never again need to worry about a pin getting lost or malfunctioning due to debris buildup.

As an added bonus, the Pinless HD 2.0 Clamp provides the installer with positive feedback and an audible click when properly closed, and it also features a new integrated hinge spring to ensure the clamp always remains in a sprung closed position, making installation easier as the clamp will naturally align itself onto the union sleeve. Ideal for race applications with highly advanced pressurized air applications and turbo intake charge piping, while the traditional VanJen Clamp is great for everyday street applications where silicone couplers may not be the best solution. The HD 2.0 Clamp is a solid 6061 aluminum piece that comes anodized in black with an etched Vibrant logo. The HD 2.0 Clamp is currently available for use with 2", 2.5", 3", 3.5", 4" and 5" OD tubing and are also backward compatible with existing Vibrant VanJen weld ferrules and union sleeves - an easy upgrade!
