Vibrant VanJen Replacement O-Rings

Vibrant Performance VanJen replacement o-ring can be used to replace lost, damaged, or leaking o-rings. The VanJen clamping system provides a leak-free, modular connection that is ideal for pressurized air applications. Standard Quick Release Clamps are capable of withstanding up to 110 psi operating pressure and temperatures up to 400°F. Newly released HD Quick Connect Clamps are also available and capable of holding boost up to 800 psi! VanJen assemblies are ideal for turbo intake and intercooler plumbing.

The VanJen Clamp System consists of two weld fittings (with o-rings), one hard anodized aluminum union sleeve, and a spring loaded aluminum clamp assembly designed specifically for automotive use. These clamshell clamps provide a Wiggins Style connection at an affordable price. Once the fittings are welded to the tubing, the union sleeve houses the fittings and is held in place by the clamp assembly. After final assembly, the VanJen clamp system provides a flexible connection that can withstand vibration, movements along its axis, lateral misalignment and angular deflection.
