Vibrant flexible couplings are engineered to isolate vibration generated by the engine, thereby relieving stress on your vehicle's entire exhaust system. By design, relieving this stress will reduce the premature cracking of manifolds and downpipes and help extend the life of other components. These can also be used in certain turbo wastegate dump tube applications to absorb thermal expansion, thereby reducing stress on the turbo and the piping. These flex couplers are available with three different inner liners to suit any build.

Interlock Liner: Turbo Flex Coupler

Vibrant's Turbo Flex Couplings with internal Stainless Steel Interlock Liners help facilitate smooth flow of high temperature exhaust gases. Recommended for all high flowing, high temperature, forced induction applications. Features 304 Stainless Steel bellows/outer braid and 409 Stainless Steel end caps.

Vibrant's Standard Inner Braid Lined Flex Couplings are ideal for naturally aspirated engines and provide laminar flow while retaining flexibility in the coupling itself. The inner braided liner protects the bellow from premature failure and is also ideal for eliminating exhaust "whistle". Not recommended for forced induction applications. Features 409 Stainless Steel bellows/outer braid with aluminized mild steel end caps.

Vibrant's No Liner Flex Couplings are your basic flex coupler without any inner liner to assist the exhaust flow. Not recommended for turbocharged applications. Features 409 Stainless Steel bellows/outer braid and Aluminized Mild Steel end caps.
